Points and standings criteria

Format: Groups + knockout stage. A win is worth 3 points, a draw 1.

When teams are level on points they are ranked applying, in order:

1. 1. head-to-head — A mini-table between the tied teams: only the matches they played against each other count. It applies only once they have all been played.
2. 2. goal difference — Goals scored minus goals conceded across the whole tournament.
3. 3. goals scored — Total number of goals scored.
4. 4. wins — Total number of matches won.
